Retail Sales Manager

RotoSpa is a trusted multiple award-winning manufacturing business, based in Sutton Coldfield having recently achieved the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce award for Excellence in Manufacturing.

Their sister company, Sutton Spas and flagship dealer, are recruiting for a Retail Sales Manager to join its rapidly growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who wants to take responsibility for optimising the profitability of the Retail Centre, whilst maintaining excellent customer relations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, competent in prioritising tasks, paying attention to detail, working unsupervised and delivering excellent customer service and doing the simple day to day things brilliantly.

We require you have a naturally enquiring manner, and to interact with clients to enhance their customer experience, and to listen to their needs accurately, and thoroughly, to make sure that they purchase the correct product for them. To also support them in understanding their needs in relation to water management (this will require a working knowledge of the products – training will be given). It is essential that the successful candidate has managerial experience to aid development of a sales team, have high expectations of themselves and to demonstrate their passion by taking pride in their work.

You will be the face of Sutton Spas, and as such will always strive for exceptional standards, and quality of service, and to understand your role, and that of the future team, to the importance of the overall customer experience.

It is also essential that you have a flexible attitude to working hours, and feel able to support the demand, and seasonality of the business. Plus, attend sales events designed to drive sales.
